I'm Jamie Robins, the face behind Travel Blog Jamie, and I'm on a mission to explore the world, share the experiences that make travel so special, and hopefully inspire you to plan a few adventures of your own along the way.

After 25 years working in education, I took the leap into a new chapter, turning my passion for travel and storytelling into my career. What started as a way of capturing holiday memories has grown into a thriving travel community, with thousands of fellow adventurers joining me to discover the world.

From spectacular cruise ships and far-flung destinations to hotel stays, flight reviews, theme parks and unforgettable food experiences, I believe the magic of travel lies in the details. I want to take you beyond the glossy brochures and show you what an experience is really like, sharing the highlights, the surprises, the practical advice and, of course, the occasional mishap!

My style? Informative, enthusiastic, a little cheeky and sometimes gloriously over the top. I wear my heart on my sleeve, get ridiculously excited about the things I love, and firmly believe that travel should be about curiosity, discovery and making memories.
